Operator and service
MON LANZAROTE is a digital trip planner offered under the Lanzarote Signature brand by a sole trader established in Spain. The trader’s identity and contact details are in the legal notice. It helps visitors build a Lanzarote itinerary from their dates, stay location and interests. Three Capsules can be tried free of charge.
Price and order
Paid access costs €29.90 including applicable taxes. This is a one-time payment, with no subscription or delivery charge. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page. Once verified, the purchase is associated with the email used at checkout and the paid features are unlocked.
Access and itinerary data
The purchase does not expire after 45 days: access can be restored by email while the service is offered. The sign-in cookie expires after 45 days. To sign in again here or on another device, request a temporary link using the purchase email on the Restore access page. After purchase, dates, preferences and itinerary items sync with your access. Restore access with the purchase email to retrieve your itinerary on another device. Before purchase, these choices stay in the browser only. If the email does not arrive, contact hola@lanzarotesignature.com.
Routes, events and bookings
Driving times are estimates without live traffic. Schedules, events, weather and availability may change; check with the source or operator before travelling. Ticket, ferry and activity links lead to separate providers, whose prices and terms govern bookings made with them. The planner does not make those bookings for you.
Withdrawal and complaints
If you are a consumer, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason by emailing us. Include the email used for the order, its date and a clear statement of your decision. Any refund will be handled under the applicable rules. Opening the planner alone does not waive this right. Your statutory rights if the service is defective remain in force.
Use of content
The writing, interface and editorial selection of Lanzarote Signature are for personal use. Third-party photographs retain the rights and licences shown on the photo credits page.
