Data and purposes

In the free trial, choices stay in this browser. After purchase and sign-in, dates, stay location, interests and itinerary are also synced to our server so you can retrieve them on another device. Language remains local.

If you buy MON LANZAROTE, Stripe collects the information needed for payment. After verification, we store an identifier derived from the purchase email, the Stripe session and payment identifiers, and the payment date to recognise the purchase. A signed technical cookie keeps you signed in for 45 days. A temporary recovery link may be sent to the purchase email; requests are limited using identifiers derived from the email and IP address. We also process information required for billing and legal duties. If you contact us, we use your message to reply.

Legal bases and retention

Contract performance supports the processing needed for purchase, access and recovery. Accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by law. The access record is retained while the service remains accessible, subject to deletion and other applicable duties. Recovery links expire after 20 minutes and work once; temporary request-limit files are cleared during later requests. Your trip choices stay in your browser until you delete them; the access cookie expires after 45 days. The external weather widget relies on revocable consent. The synced itinerary is kept while the service is available or until you request deletion at hola@lanzarotesignature.com; the local copy remains until browser data is cleared. The access cookie expires after 45 days.

Recipients and external services

Our host handles technical data needed to provide and secure the site. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. The AEMET weather widget loads only if you accept external services; AEMET may then receive technical data from your browser. Clicking an external link takes you to that operator’s site and policy. We currently run no advertising analytics or newsletter signup on this site.

Audience measurement

Metricool measures page views in aggregate without setting cookies or assigning a visitor identifier. Its script contacts Metricool; please see its privacy policy. Our server also counts planner actions (plan creation, Capsules added, free limit reached and departure to Stripe) by day, language and optional campaign without storing IP addresses, emails or visitor identifiers. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and, where applicable, request portability. Email hola@lanzarotesignature.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). These rights do not cancel mandatory record-keeping duties.
